There will also be medical care along the route: cyclists and motorbike doctors will be patrolling the field next to the transition areas.
If you have any problems during the race, you can find the SOS phone numbers on the back of your bib. Please fill out the health information section on the back of your bib before starting!
Despite all its physiological benefits, sports activity can also pose risks, albeit to a very small extent. It is important to consult your doctor before engaging in serious performance!
Only participate in a sporting event or a more strenuous training session that requires more than average effort when you are prepared! Do not participate in the planned event or the next training session if you are sick, injured, have a fever, or have vomiting or diarrhea!
If you feel any unusual signs while playing sports/competition, slow down, stop, and if necessary, ask for help! The above does not depend on the length of the sports activity, what constitutes serious performance is unique to each person. Be responsible for yourself, play sports smartly!
