You can become a charitable athlete when you register!

Our registration system offers a simple way to donate. When you register for events, the system automatically pops up one or more "charity products" assigned by us for the given event, which you can click on to support with 3000 HUF, add to your cart and pay with your registration. The basic amount can be multiplied with the "+" sign, just like in an online store, if you buy multiple pieces of a product. Regardless of the designation "charity products", they can also be purchased independently. At the end of the campaign, BSI, as a support intermediary, transfers the total amount collected to the beneficiary organization.

When registering for the Liget Adventure Run events - or even regardless of your registration - you can support the following charitable cause with your donation:

The Foundation helps children with cancer and leukemia and their families who are fighting the fight of their lives.

I support the work of the Brave Little Soul Foundation.>>>>

Parking:

Museum Underground Garage: parking in the City Park
Park comfortably in the Museum Underground Garage! One of our main goals with the implementation of the Liget Budapest Project is to renew and expand the park's green space and reduce car traffic in the park, which still poses a huge environmental burden on the wildlife of the City Park. As a first step, we have eliminated surface parking in the 56-osok square, and visitors can now use the Museum Underground Garage on Dózsa György út, which can accommodate approximately 800 cars on three levels. The unique feature of the new facility in Europe is that - reflecting the centuries-old connection between the City Park and the arts - the interior spaces of the underground garage evoke a masterpiece by 12 outstanding Hungarian masters from the collection of the National Gallery.

Event participants are entitled to 2 hours of free parking if they register in the LIGET+ system and validate their parking ticket at the Millennium House or at the information desk at the entrance to the Art Hall of the Ethnographic Museum.

The route includes the walking paths, landmarks, and other facilities of the City Park.

Explore the City Park by running, visit new and old, natural and built parts, and adventure in places you can't normally reach by running!

7 km, 23 adventures, let's see them in order!

Use the event interactive map of the location on your phone's Google Maps in the City Park, so you can easily find the locations of each experience within the park >>>

Click on the map for a larger resolution!

Adventure 1: Hide, hide, green branch

Don't get too excited, because you won't be running, but rather squatting, kneeling, or bending over, depending on your height. We'll show you what the inside of a water pipe element with a diameter of almost one meter looks like. Not one, but three, as you'll be starting with three of them next to each other.

Adventure 2: Rose Garden and Millennium House

The colorful and patterned flowers of 1,500 roses and a rose arbor bring to life the atmosphere of Budapest's golden age. The route first leads among them and then through the former Olof Palme House, the oldest building in the City Park, which has been renovated as part of a comprehensive historic reconstruction.

Adventure 3: Rubber Curtain

If you think we'll let you go once you get to the racetrack, you're not far wrong. Just a little. After you've fought your way through the rubber curtain, the track is clear for a while.

Adventure 4: Traffic diversion

You avoid such obstacles while sitting behind the wheel. Now you will have no choice but to jump over them. You can get to know the plastic traffic control elements up close.

Adventure 5: Museum Underground Garage

3 floors down to get your thighs shaking. A lap in the underground garage. The big advantage is that you are protected from the elements. 3 floors back to the ground level to get your heart rate up. Seriously, have you ever run in an underground garage?

Adventure 6: Roller Coaster

Everyone can run between cordons, that's what every finish line looks like. But what if these cordons are turned upside down? Plus, you'll have to go over them once and under them once.

Adventure 7: Climbing Wall

There's no trick to it, you're walking (well, more like running) in the City Park, and suddenly a climbing wall appears in front of you. All you have to do is climb to the top and keep going.

Adventure 8: King's Hill

We will expand your practical geographical knowledge, after the sea comes the hill. Of course, not by going around it, but by crawling and climbing on Királydomb, twice under the stretched rope system. Before 1975, there was not even an orphaned hoop here. As a result of the then raging toboggan hill construction fever, Szánkódomb grew out of construction debris and soil, which has been called Királydomb since 1983, after the rock opera Stephen, the King was premiered here.

Adventure 9: 200 meter hurdles

How about a 200-meter hurdles? Anyone can run a simple 200, but now we've added a few hurdles for you. Go ahead, run like the big guys!

Adventure 10: Changing a tire

What do you do when you get a flat tire? You have to replace the tire, which is easier to roll into place, but you have to carry it! Everyone can try a tire sized for their height!

Adventure 11: Gummi Mountain

After preparing the Tire Change, we were left with a small pile of tires. We gathered them into a pile, but we won't set them on fire, but we'll use them to disrupt the field. Find the easiest pass, while being careful not to leave your shoes in the pile!

Adventure 12: Smoke Tunnel

We'll smoke a little, but just enough so you have the strength to keep running.

Adventure 13: Bubble Tunnel

Whoever enters here, abandon all hope! You will be enriched with a lasting experience, the foam collected inside (unfortunately not cream) will accompany you on the track for a while.

Adventure 14: Vajdahunyad Castle Moat

At first we thought of closing the field into the lake here, but then we would have had to skip the next two adventures, as clothing dripping with water/mud is not appropriate in those. This leaves the lakeside walkways and piers. It's certainly a magnificent sight, especially if you don't run here often.

Adventure 15: Vajdahunyad Castle Tour

The inner garden cloister is a real treat for runners, this part of the building complex is rarely visited, occasionally operating as an event venue. However, now it will be for runners for half a day, probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to run around it in a race.

Adventure 16: Agricultural Museum

Have you ever run to a museum? Or just walk out, wearing a mask, with a Van Gogh under your arm? Now is the opportunity for a quick visit, although we won't really delve into the exhibits, just passing by.

Adventure 17: Ikarus 280

If you run on a bus, you usually don't have a ticket and are chased by the inspector. This will now be completely legal, you jump on the front, run along the hinged side, and at the end you don't even have to signal to get off.

Adventure 18: Rubber Sea

Switch to kangaroo mode and grab your feet! We won't put a puppy in your purse, but we'll put car tires under your feet.

Adventure 19: Martmonkanna

Marmonkanna! If you've already overcome 18 obstacles, carrying a 5 or 10 l marmonkanna shouldn't be a problem, right?

Adventure 20: Ethnographic Museum – Roof Garden

Have you been to the new Ethnographic Museum? Of course, that's where you come from! Now you can try out the panorama of the institution!
Running on stairs is a dangerous activity, please watch your feet! Each participant may use the staircase sculpture at their own risk.

Adventure 21: Hungarian Music House

We hope they are playing from your score here now!

Fotó:magyarzenehaza.huPhoto:magyarzenehaz.hu

Adventure 22: Trashing

When the request is made, "Honey, would you take out the trash?" you probably do the same at home. If not, then it's time to learn how to move around quickly with the trash can. We give it to you, and you push it, pull it, hold it under your arm, it doesn't matter. The main thing is to get it around the nearly 100-meter track.

Adventure 23: Ambulance

Have you ever run through an ambulance? But it will definitely be a perfect ending experience at the end of the 7 km. Don't stay inside if you feel sick at the end of the run, the unique medal will make you feel better!

Obstacles may change during preparation.

You can refresh yourself with water before the start and after reaching the finish line.

There will be 1 water refreshment point on the 3.5 km route and 2 on the 7 km route.

It is not possible to submit a custom refresher.

IMPORTANT!

  • At the refreshment stations along the route, we will place giant bags attached to a cordon capable of storing 1 cubic meter of waste, primarily for collecting empty cups.
    • You will find the giant bags on the side of the route, after the last refreshment table.
    • The last giant bags will be placed 50 meters from the end of the station, this will be indicated by a separate sign. Please throw the waste you brought with you from the refreshment station into this at the latest!
    • Please do not throw away any waste generated along the route, but put it in the containers placed at the refreshment station.
  • 7 km: 1 hour 30 minutes
  • 3.5 km: 45 minutes

The number of participants for each race is limited to 150 people, and registration for that race will be closed when the limit is reached.

  • Knowing the number of entrants, we can open new races.

There is no prize at the event.
