One of the most unique running events in Budapest awaits you in the heart of the City Park! Be part of this fantastic community experience, where families and friends can enjoy the joys of sport and the excitement of challenging obstacles together. Here, the time result is not the most important thing, but the experience you take home!

Imagine yourself running in the City Park on a nice day, surrounded by laughter, cheering and happy faces! The Liget Adventure Run is exactly what it's all about. No matter how experienced a runner you are, we focus on movement, fun and community. Bring your friends, family and make this day special with us! We are waiting for you with child-friendly distances, exciting obstacles, running together and fun programs! Some of the obstacles: climbing wall, rubber sea, beam, camouflage net, crawling and running... and of course, foam sea. Will you do it?

7 kilometers of adventure

Liget adventure run - 7 km

The longest 7-kilometer distance is not just a simple run – it is an ADVENTURE with a capital letter in the heart of the City Park! 23 exciting obstacles await you on the route: you start from a water pipe, go through an underground garage and a museum, but you also have a climbing wall and a sea of rubber. You carry a can of marbles, get foamy, test car tires and finally run through an old ambulance. Finally, you reach the finish line, where the guaranteed feeling of success awaits, lots of smiles and of course a wonderful finisher's medal. The world has never seen anything like this. Or has it?

A big experience, in a small way.

Liget adventure run - 3.5 km

A great day awaits the whole family: the 3.5-kilometer Liget Adventure Run is the perfect family fun! Even the littlest ones can join in the adventures here. Just for a taste: run up to the top of the Ethnographic Museum together, fight the smoke-filled tunnel and the sea of foam! You can also admire the Vajdahunyad Castle, but a scavenger hunt challenge awaits you. This is a real family program. Fun and laughter for 3.5.
